2 weeks ago today we headed on our adventure to Germany, and what an adventure it has been! Tuesday we both passed our driver's tests which allowed us to finally get a rental car (a VW wagon)! Saturday we headed to Worms, Germany to see the Dom St. Peter or Worms
Cathedral. We enjoyed walking around the town and seeing the sights. Sunday we attempted to go to church but after 45 minutes of being lost decided we would just try next week! :) Today we were rudely awakened by the mover's bringing our first household goods shipment. Apparently, they had been knocking for 20 minutes (although we didn't hear them) and we had been told they weren't coming until the afternoon. Nonetheless, it was nice to get some of our blankets and stuff from home. Tomorrow and Wednesday we are attending an Intro to Germany class on the base and will also be going on a tour of the local area. This weekend we are looking forward to our first snowboarding trip in Germany. Tschüs for now!
